Drugs Support
If you need treatment for drug addiction, you're entitled to NHS care in the same way as anyone else who has a health problem.
With the right help and support, it's possible for you to get drug free and stay that way.

Alcohol Support
You may need help if:
-
you often feel the need to have a drink
-
you get into trouble because of your drinking
-
other people warn you about how much you're drinking
-
you think your drinking is causing you problems
A good place to start is with a GP. Try to be accurate and honest about how much you drink and any problems it may be causing you.

Stress Support
Most people feel stressed sometimes and some people find stress helpful or even motivating. But if stress is affecting your life, there are things you can try that may help.
Support is also available if you're finding it hard to cope with stress.
Symptoms of stress
Stress can cause many different symptoms. It might affect how you feel physically, mentally and also how you behave.
It's not always easy to recognise when stress is the reason you're feeling or acting differently.

Sexual Violence Support
If you have been subject to sexual violence, either recently or in the past, you can access support, regardless of whether you wish to make a report to the Police or not.
SARCs (Sexual Assault Referral Centres) can help to provide medical, practical and other forms of support.
You may also benefit from an Independent Sexual Advisor (ISVA) service, which is free of charge and can help to provide useful information and resources.
You can find out more about SARCs and ISVAs using the links below, or find your local SARC/ISVA provider via an internet search.
